Jasnah's Soulcaster

Jasnah's soulcaster is a fake soulcaster. It is used to disguise the fact that Jasnah Kholin has an innate ability to soulcast.[1]

It is stolen by Shallan Davar in 1173, who intended to use it to support House Davar in their time of financial crisis.
