This beggar is seen in Kasitor, the second-largest Iriali city. He was seen in a street corner on his own among rotting vegetables.

When Axies wakes up naked in the street corner next to the beggar, the beggar accuses Axies of destroying "the temple of the northern god" and "half of Hapron Street" when he fell on the piles of trash.
