The Emuli-Tukari War is a military conflict on Roshar that sprung up between the bordering kingdoms of Emul and Tukar during the time of the Alethi War of Reckoning. The conflict began when the Emuli claimed the city Sesemalex Dar as their capital city, and due to the city being a successful trading city, the Tukari wanted the city for themselves. The Emuli also claim that the city is their ancestral homeland, and a gift from the Heralds, because the city's pattern is central to their religion.
