Vallano is a man from Shinovar on Roshar.[1]

He is the father of Neturo and the paternal grandfather of Szeth. After being named Truthless, Szeth calls himself "Szeth-son-son-Vallano" rather than the traditional "Szeth-son-Neturo", as he does not want to tarnish his father's name.[2]
