Vaceslv is a member of Kholinar Wall Guard. He is part of Platoon Seven Squad Two, and is acquainted with Kaladin. He and Alaward try to get Kaladin to play cards with them, but Kaladin refuses because it reminds him too much of [[Sah] and the parshmen. When Fused attack Kholinar later on, Vaceslv receives a gash to the chest. He goes with Kaladin into Kholinar palace and takes part in the Battle of Kholinar. Because there is no further mention of him, he probably dies in the battle.
