Taravangian
Taravangian was the King of Kharbranth.
He set up a number of hospitals in the city, funded by the entrance fee to the Palanaeum.
He used some of the hospitals to kill people and extract their Template:Bref.
He employed Szeth to kill many of the world leaders, including Hanavanar, the king of Jah Keved, and Dalinar Kholin.
Taravangian once went to go visit the Nightwatcher and received a curse and boon from the Old Magic. Now his IQ fluctuates from day to day, sometimes making him idiotic and sometimes a genius.
