Template:Flora & Fauna Prickletac or Twisted Spine was a form of flora native to the Shattered Plains of Roshar and other areas.[1]

Only the very ends of the prickletac is actually alive.[2] It is composed of a series of tiny buds, each with a single spine on it. Every new generation grows on top of the deceased generation below it. After a generation of prickletac died, its remnant became stone-like, creating strong and inflexible limbs.[1]

Prickletac spread by a limb breaking off and forming a new plant.[2]
