Kammar was an ancient fighting stance developed on Roshar.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content

Kammar was designed to defeat enemies without harming them, and so was considered a peaceful form.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content It focused on grabbing people and immobilizing them by using their own weight against them. Only the hands were used in kammar.

Szeth was trained in kammar,Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content so it is possible that this was a Shin specific art. The grabbing motions were ideal for infusing people with Stormlight,Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content so Szeth was dangerous with it alone, and no Shardblade.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content
