Brightlord Havar is an officer in Dalinar's army.[2]

He is killed in the Battle of the Tower, along with Perethom, Ilamar and six thousand more members of Kholin army.[1]

He was commander of the rearguard, and Kaladin promotes Nacomb Gaval to temporarily replace him for the purpose of evacuating the Tower.[2]
