Alaward

Alaward is a member of Kholinar Wall Guard.[1][2]

He belongs to Kaladin's squad, Platoon Seven, Squad Two. Kaladin refers to him as being a heavyset man who tried to convince him to play cards with the squad, but Kaladin refuses because the experience reminds him too much like Sah and the parshmen. Once his highmarshall, Azure, joined Shallan, Alaward and the rest of his squad followed Kaladin into Kholinar palace, and took place in the Battle of Kholinar once it happened. Because no further mention of him is made, he probably dies there along with almost all of the rest of his squad.
