Not sure where to post this, but it seems to be the perfect gem that Gavilar had created sometime before his death. It might thus be possible to be containing Ba-Ado-Mishram.

Gavilar gives the black sphere to Eshonai the day of his assassination and tells her to give it to the Five.[1]

The black sphere is given to Szeth by Gavilar just before his death.[2]

The sphere is small, crystalline, and tied to a chain. It glows with Voidlight, although it is completely dark.[2] Galivar says that Szeth must take it so that the Parshendi do not get hold of it.[citation needed] The light is different from Stormlight and is related to a different shard.[3]

Szeth hid the sphere in Jah Keved.[4]
