Allrianne Cett was a noblewoman and Rioter on Scadrial.
She was the daughter of Ashweather Cett and was in a relationship with Breeze.[1]
She liked wearing bright and lacy clothes.[2]
Being an emotional allomancer, Allriane was very perceptive, and even commented on how Breeze was a good man.[3]
She cared very much about Breeze, enough to ride out and convince her father to turn back and help Luthadel, and therefore Breeze survive.[3]
When Breeze and Sazed travelled to Urteau, Allriane accompanied them.[4]
