The Valla were a sect from Scadrial.
The Vallan were the religion that survived the longest time the Lord Ruler's efforts to wipe out any religion but his own. Despite the Lord Ruler having killed all religios leaders of the Vallan they had been very determined and so resisted the Lord Ruler a long time.
