The Historica is a volume of the Words of Founding.[1] It contains a history of Scadrial before the Catacendre.
It details the work the kandra did hiding the atium from Ruin,[2] as well as general information about kandra and mistwraiths in general.[3] Wax finds the sections on kandra to be boring.[4]
It reveals the details of Vin's Ascension.[1] It also tells the story of Kelsier and his true motives for overthrowing the Lord Ruler, namely wealth and power, not altruistic heroism as the Survivorists believe.[5]
