Midge is a soldier in Elend's army on Scadrial during the Final Empire.

Kelsier attempted to use him to communicate with Vin while he was in the Cognitive Realm, as Midge could hear him due to being semi-insane.[1]

Instead of repeating Kelsier's message to a group of soldiers, he garbles the message and starts a brawl.
