Lord Evenstrom Tekiel may be a member of House Tekiel on Scadrial.[1]

When helping Waxillium Ladrian sneak into the Breaknaught, Wayne disguised himself as a Tekiel guard and claimed that Evenstrom Tekiel had sent him to help.[1] It is unclear whether Evenstrom Tekiel is a real person or a name Wayne made up.
