Lord Idren Seeris is a noble on Scadrial. He is a cousin of House Elariel.[1]

He wears eyeglasses.[1]

He regularly attended balls in Luthadel and danced with Valette Renoux on several occasions. When Valette approached him at the last ball at Keep Venture, he and the group of people standing with him (including Yestal and Triss) snubbed her and walked away. Idren seemed apologetic, but the group quickly reassembled after Valette moved on. Valette realized that Idren and the rest of the nobles were trying to consolidate power while they could, and were only speaking with their close allies.[1]
