Longard is a district in or near Elendel, possibly the Fifth Octant.[1]
It is the location of a foundry which the Vanishers use as a base of operations.
Foundry
The foundry is located on the edge of a canal, which the Vanishers use to unload their loot into the building. Wax, Wayne and Marasi visit the foundry to investigate after Sindren mentions being stationed there.[2] By the time they get there the building has been emptied, leaving only tripwired explosives and some scrap aluminum. Marasi notes that the windows have been covered in soot artificially to stop snooping.
