Donal is the leader of a gang of outlaws in the Roughs of Scadrial.[1]
Waxillium Ladrian and Lessie have fought against Donal and his crew on a number of occasions.[1] In self-defense, Wax once shot Donal's brother, who Donal dislikes, during a railcar robbery and Lessie shot Donal's son, who survived but lost a toe. As a result, Donal's crew has standing orders to shoot Wax and Lessie on sight. Bloody Tan stole a shipment of bendalloy from Donal, who put a price on Tan's head and sent his crew to hunt him down.
