Templeton Fig is a resident of New Seran on Scadrial. He appears to be at least somewhat wealthy and may be a member of the Set. He has a very skinny wife who is quite nervous around him.

He has a fine collection of albino animals, which he keeps fastidiously neat and arranged. He has been collecting them for some time, so he can tell when a specimen has been bleached and is not a true albino.

At the behest of the Set, he sends assassins to kill Wayne and Marasi when they are looking for ReLuur's missing spike in a graveyard in New Seran. After surviving the attack -- but not finding the spike -- Marasi finds his name in a ledger book at the graveyard, and they go to Fig's house to get information about where the spike is. Wayne impersonates "Death" and scares Fig into revealing the location of the retrieved spike. He had been ordered to retrieve it and send it on to Dulsing.

Fig may be a worshiper of Trell since he uses the curse "Trell's soul!"
