Kellen is a member of the Elendel constabulary on Scadrial.[1]

In 348 PC, Kellen was part of a team which accompanied Marasi to Bilming in order to conduct a sting operation on the Set. Finding themselves drawn into a firefight, Marasi ordered Kellen to help organize a retreat. Kellen and Captain Blantach waited for Marasi's signal to act, but Dumad upset the plan by Pushing the trucks they were using as cover away. In the ensuing chaos, it is unknown how Kellen fared.[1]
