Donny is a koloss-blooded on Scadrial. Constable Matieu of Ironstand describes him as "little and feisty."[1]

By 342 PC, he was the leader of the Nightstreet Gang, though he either did not participate in the gang's attack on Waxillium Ladrian's train to New Seran or escaped without encountering Wax. After the attack, Constable Matieu was planning on chasing down him and the rest of the gang with a posse.[1]
