Bilmy is a resident of New Seran on Scadrial.[1]
He runs the dayshift at Seran New District Cemetery. When several people died in an explosion caused by members of the Set, Bilmy was the one to bring in the bodies from the event. In particular, he brought in the specific corpses that Wayne and Marasi were investigating.[1]
