Peret the Black was a Pewterarm rapist in the Roughs of Scadrial.[1]
Peret was the first man Waxillium Ladrian brought in.[1] Wax chose Peret because he was out of money and figured that any of the outlaws could kill him, so he might as well go after Peret, the outlaw worth the most.
