Lady Felise Demoux is a noble in New Seran.
She attends Kelesina Shores' party with her nephew, and Steris tells Wax to talk to her while she finds drinks. Instead he is cornered by Khriss who questions him on using his powers. He eventually gets to dance with Lady Demoux and talks with her about her prize-winning hounds.[1]
