Cali Hatthew is a constable in Elendel on Scadrial. She joined the force in 346 PC. In 348 PC when Marasi Colms planned a sting operation against the Set in Bilming, Cali begged to come. She and another constable from Elendel died in the conflict that broke out when the Set decided to resist arrest. Their deaths weighed heavily on Marasi and negatively affected her confidence.[1]
