LeeMar is a kandra on Scadrial.[1]
As of 348 PC, LeeMar had been impersonating Cassileux on the Elendel constabulary for sixteen months, ever since the latter's death during a raid on the Nomad Gang. LeeMar was one of several kandra infiltrating the constables, and she kept an eye on Marasi, occasionally having lunch with her. During the constables' investigation in the caverns below Elendel, LeeMar discretely recovered a note from the Ghostbloods which Moonlight left for Marasi expressing their interest in her. She gave it to VenDell to pass on to Marasi, at which point he told Marasi about Cassileux's true nature.[1]
