Brill is a construction worker in Elendel on Scadrial. He works as a line riveter and is a member of the United Tradeworkers Union. When he learned of Elors Durnsed's apparent abandonment of his duties as union chief, he and many of his colleagues became extremely angry, nearly to the point of violence.[1]
