Blinker is a former deputy of Waxillium Ladrian during his time as the lawman of Weathering.[1]
Blinker worked with Wax and Wayne, around the time Wax caught Icy Ben Oldson. Blinker was not skilled with firearms, but he had other skills that made him a valuable deputy to Wax, even though Wayne did not think much of him.[1]
