Rame Maldor is a scholar and patron of Lady ZoBell's party.[1]
He introduces himself to Professor Hanlanaze at the party, not realising that it is actually Wayne. He has studied and written about the "Higgens effect", and Wayne confounds him by suggesting that it means nothing compared to electrical fields. He's a tall man and wears too much plaid.
