A Soothing parlor is a type of business in Elendel.,hat people go to to have emotions dampened. Depending on the amount paid, certain emotions can be requested. Theoretically Rioters would also work there or have rioting parlors. They should have Aluminum plating in the walls to prevent the widespread pushing of emotions confined to the building.
