Whiskers is a hyperslug taynix whom Jorgen Weight finds in the caverns of Detritus. Whiskers is Catnip’s personal taynix.[1]
During the battle for Evershore, Whiskers is in a fighter with Catnip when a Superiority cytonic with mindblades begins chasing them. Jorgen sends a cytonic communication to Whiskers, prompting Whiskers to teleport Catnip and the ship closer to the city of Dreamspring, and out of immediate danger.[1]
