Callsign Vigor is a former cadet in the DDF Flight School who was kicked out before graduation, after she was shot down and ejected from her aircraft.[1]
She is in her early twenties, with a prominent scar across her forehead.[1]
She was placed in the reserve, and was drafted to fly in Spensa's place during the battle in which Hurl died. Spensa arrived before she could take off, and reluctantly, Vigor relinquished the Poco to Spensa.[1]
