Thomton Delacour is possibly a fashion designer or tailor in Elendel.
Wayne tells a boatman that his outfit was designed by Thomton, in a 'northern outlands inspiration'.[1] It is entirely possible that Wayne made up the name on the spot to confuse the boatman.
