Marco is a resident of Babilar and a friend of Missouri Williams.[1]
David Charleston met Marco briefly while attending a party in Babilar with Mizzy. Marco shared the same peacefully fatalistic attitude towards the state of the world as many people in Babilar, and condemned the Reckoners, believing that their resistance only provoked the Epics and made things worse for ordinary people. Naturally, he did not know that his friend Mizzy was a Reckoner.
