Boris Junior is a resident of the Roughs on Scadrial. His brother is Boris the Third.[1]
Waxillium Ladrian shot Boris' father twice, for which Boris swore he would drink Wax's blood. Lady Steris Harms found record of the incident in the public records regarding Wax's exploits and contemplated inviting the Boris brothers to their wedding ceremony.
