Boris the Third is a resident of the Roughs on Scadrial. He is not very clever. His brother is Boris Junior.[1]

Waxillium Ladrian shot Boris' father twice, after which Boris swore he would eat Wax's toes. Lady Steris Harms found record of the incident in the public records regarding Wax's exploits and contemplated inviting the Boris brothers to their wedding ceremony. She was compiling a list of his old enemies with the intent of inviting one to the ceremony so that she could prepare for the disturbance.[1]
