Sam is a member of the Reckoners who worked with Val, Exel, and Mizzy in Babilar.[1][2]
History
Sam was the first to learn to use the spyril.[3] He at some point got into a confrontation with Megan and he tried to kill her unprovoked, but she outdrew him and shot him in self defense.[4] Mizzy held a grudge against Megan, whom she knew as Firefight, for the death of Sam, and swore revenge.[5]
