Faultline has the power to move the earth. She worked for Steelheart but later rebelled against him, and is murdered after losing. She has two second-tier abilities -- moving softer earth and turning earth and stone into sand -- which combined into a first-tier Epic without immortality powers. She is powerful, but fragile.
