The Seventeenth Shard was a mysterious organization which, along with Hoid and the Shardholders, is speculated to be influential in the overall Cosmere.

I am being chased. Your friends of the Seventeenth Shard, I suspect.

I believe they're still lost, following a false trail I left for them. They'll be happier that way. I doubt they have any inkling what to do with me should they actually catch me.

Ishikk

Ishikk the Purelaker was acting as a guide and informant to three foreigners who are looking for Hoid.[2] They have been confirmed to be from the Seventeenth Shard. Posited early on in old Timewaster's Guide forums based on the distinct linguistic pattern of Dulas, it has been confirmed by Brandon that the one Ishikk calls Grump is Galladon from Sel [3]. Brandon also recently confirmed at a signing that Thinker is Demoux from Scadrial[4]; this was first conjectured in the 17th Shard forums based on the scar on Demoux's scalp [5]. The third member called Blunt is still unknown and is likely to remain so for a while as he is from a written but unpublished book.
