O'Brien soldier who is on Hershel's team when Calamity granted powers to all the Epics. O’Brien was present when Steelheart gained his powers. O’Brien lost an arm when one of Steelheart’s energy blasts clipped him on the shoulder. Despite losing the arm, O’Brien was still able to fire his rifle at Steelheart later. He was killed by Steelheart soon after.[1]
