Karshad is a holy language spoken by members of the Priest DaiKeen, the Kerztian clergy on Taldain.

When Khriss first arrived on Dayside, she and Cynder recognized the language being spoken at a rally of Kerztian warriors, presumably on their way to attack the Diem, by a zealous man as being Karshad.[1]
