Foil is an unknown entity in the cosmere that lives deep in an ocean.[1]

He has often claimed that his goal is to master the aethers. Khriss believes the discovery of anti-Light proves that she was right on a specific disagreement they had and that he should listen to her theories if he truly wishes to control the aethers.[1]
