God Metal

Revision as of 04:02, 26 November 2020 by Chaos2651 (talk | contribs) (Hi! With RoW stuff we do agree this would be a better fit to have a centralized place for this stuff. However, in the future, if you could please discuss new page proposals, that'd be appreciated! That way we can structure things correctly. I have made several typographical changes (Khriss calls them God Metals so that is why we have moved it here), edited several things for style. In addition, names of God Metals, like atium, lerasium, or raysium should not be capitalized.)

The Coppermind has spoilers for all of Brandon's published works, now including The Sunlit Man. Information about books that have not yet been released, like Stormlight 5, is allowed only on meta-pages for the books themselves. For more details, see our spoiler policy. God Metals are the solid manifestation of a Shard of Adonalsium's Investiture.

Known God Metals

Lerasium

Lerasium is the God Metal corresponding to the Shard Preservation. When used in Allomancy, lerasium allows whoever is burning the ability to burn all metals like a Mistborn. When used in Hemalurgy, it steals all abilities.

Atium

Atium is the God Metal corresponding to the Shard Ruin. When used in Allomancy, atium gives the Allomancer a vision of the future. When used in Feruchemy, atium stores youth. When used in Hemalurgy, atium steals any ability.

Malatium

Malatium is an alloy of atium and gold. When used in Allomancy, it gives the user a vision of other people's past.

Harmonium

Harmonium, also known as ettmetal, is the God Metal corresponding to Harmony. It has similar properties to alkali metals and explodes in water. Use in Hemalurgy or Allomancy would be extremely difficult, as it would explode while in contact with blood or saliva.

Raysium

Raysium is the God Metal of Odium. It can conduct Investiture.
