Riina is a member of the Ire.
They were among the five members of the Ire that set out on an expedition to try and capture Preservation's Shard. They rode on horseback and carried a decoy version of the Ire's orb. They abandoned the expedition with the rest of the group when Kelsier used Alonoe's robes to make it appear that she had disintegrated.[1]
