Delius is the Lord Admiral, one of the Taisha, in Lossand on Taldain.[1]

Personality and Appearance

Delius has brown hair and tends to dress well, due to his position. He is almost constantly drunk, and lives by two beliefs: That wine is the best companion a man could ask for, and that the Lord Merchant represents all that is evil and vile on Taldain. As the Lord Admiral, he is one of the most influential people in Lossand, but many people do not think he deserves his position. Despite his drinking habit, he agrees to support Kenton in the vote on whether to disband the Diem or not.

History

Aarik implies that he has had the position of Lord Admiral for a long time. When Aarik and Kenton go to petition for his help, needing his vote to keep the Diem alive, he seems rather agreeable. Later, he throws a ball in Kenton's honor and announces his full support of Kenton.
