Bloodletter is a stuffed bear owned by Spensa.
She leaves it behind on her trip to the surface with her father before the Battle of Alta. By the age of seven she had fashioned the bear a set of power armor using string and broken pottery.[1] After moving into the cave with M-Bot she fetches Bloodletter from home to use as a pillow.[2][3][4]
