MaiPon sticks are an eating utensil used in JinDo.[1] Based on the name, they likely originated in MaiPon. They come in pairs, with one stick having a sharp pointed tip and the other having a flat shoveled end.[2]

Sarene had never used MaiPon sticks before arriving in Arelon, and had trouble eating with them when Kiin made HaiKo for her first meal in Arelon. Kaise found this to be unbecoming of a princess.[2]

MaiPon sticks are mentioned on Komashi but may have just been Hoid translating a similar type of eating utensil into a vernacular that the Worldhoppers he is telling the story of Yumi and the Nightmare Painter to.
