Torkel is an adviser to the Lord Merchant.

History

Torkel was an adviser to the Lord Merchant Vey and went missing in a boating accident a year ago, along with his family. Torkel was actually imprisoned after trying to go back on an agreement with Sharezan.[1] He is rescued by Ais but his family does not survive.
