Elrao is a member of the Ire.

He is at the meeting with Alonoe and others of the Ire when they decide to attempt Preservation's power, after Kelsier spooks the group by being near their castle.[1] He is a dissenting voice against Alonoe's wishes to take the power, both at the meeting and during the journey from their hideout. He leads the party back from the forest after Kelsier's con.[2]
